All garden sheds are made to order and can be adapted according to your requirements. As an example, one of our recent projects was to make a building to house specialist electrical equipment. Extras included, fold down shutters on windows, frame ledge braced batten doors hung on butt hinges, full height internal partitions, security locks, thick marine ply fitted to internal walls, 4” x 2” framing.

We make two styles of roof ‘Adam’ with a ridge and ‘Pent’ with one slope, the choice is yours. Doors and windows can be positioned where you want them and the solid timber roof is covered with 38kg heavy duty mineral felt. Internally we attach a breathable vapour barrier membrane to the walls of the shed during construction.
All timber used is pressure treated, followed by an additional hand applied coat of Light Oak stain prior to delivery (other colours are available at an extra charge).
Standard specification:
- Framing – 2” x 1.5” up to shed size 12’ x 8’, for larger sheds 3” x 2” framing is used
- Floor – 2” x 1.5” tanalised joists with thick TG&V tanalised redwood flooring planed to 15mm
- Bearers – 2.5” x 1.5” cls
- Walls – Tanalised, redwood, log effect cladding, planed to 19mm.
