The Antigua is an eight sided building designed to impress.
The roof covering is Cedar Shingles and can be made in an Oriental or straight style; the pitch can be altered according to your requirements and is finished off with a ball finial. Felt slates can be used as an alternative roof covering to Cedar Shingles.
There is a choice of window designs:- leaded panes, arched tops or wooden asticles. The glass is toughened safety glass and two opening windows are provided as standard, the rest will be fixed. Gutters and downpipe are supplied and fitted.
Double doors are held back with cabin hooks and we offer a choice of door and window furniture.
Internally, the walls are lined with redwood. The ceiling is redwood T&G complimenting the exposed rafters. Externally, a hand painted coat of stain in a colour of your choice, is applied prior to delivery. A two coat weathershield system is also available as an optional extra -choice of colours.
Base work is an optional extra – concrete pad or flag base. We supply a template if customers want to prepare a base themselves.
